I was not raised Christian and I’m just a regular weird New York City Connecticut border white kid but I watched this during the coronavirus ( and while suffering from it) and it made me laugh and cry the whole time and I really am really sincere this is amazing this man is an amazing person. I really hope I continue to watch this brilliant brilliant gentleman what an amazing amazing guy I can’t even imagine how much energy it would take to speak to a crowd with your soul over and over again.

Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright. I could listen to you all day. You remind me why I stuck to my Grandpa Julian like white on rice. I dreamt of him last night. There was a message in that dream ❤❤❤God bless our Elders!! Where He Leads Me I Will Follow.

Oh creator I want to say thank you for making me the African. I want to thank you creator for my Nappy Hair. I want to thank you creator for my Dark Melanin rich skin. I want to thank you creator for my Wide nose. I want to thank you creator for my thick big lips. I want to thank you creator for my Dark eyes. I want to thank you creator for giving me the richest part of the Planet called Africa. I want to thank you creator for allowing me to maintain my African-ism after 400 years of Slavery. I want to thank you creator for keeping me Conscious after 400 years of slavery. I want to thank you creator for freeing my mind from the prison of white Supremacy. I want to thank you creator for making me excel above all others in all that I do. I want to thank you creator for allowing me to civilize the world. Oh creator when I look up in the sky at night. I see the stars hanging bright. I acknowledge the Black material in which I come from called Black matter. I acknowledge the Black material in the context of black power. I acknowledge the Black material as the supporter of all things in the Universe. This is a veritable education in African American preaching... Good stuff!! Kudos to both Dr. Wright and Dr. Thomas.

When I hear Rev Wright's profetic wisdom some part of me recognize's the resounding truth undergirding his words; as if, while Rev Wright was speaking, Rev Wright disappeared and the Lord remained speaking. That is why they fear you; what they could only hope to pretend to be, you are. What a gift, amazing. Testimony, indeed.

This lecture was phenomenal and I learned so much from it. Thank you Pastor Thomas. Especially that Aretha Franklin and C.L. Franklin story. I was so blessed since learning of Aretha’s sickness and transitioning knowing that story and being able to share this

Do this as Spiritual Counselors/Preachers of the Good news Gospel.
