On the second "console", you can see a cartridge cutout, which makes me think that the casing is stolen from some other ripoff "console".

According to Google Translate, "racket sans fil" is "wireless racket" in French.

If only so many games didn't have people in them whose names are words in French, like Sans or Sucre, who together make "Sans Sucre", which translates to "sugar free".
