I am having a blast getting no copyright strikes using freestyles done on radio shows live. I wonder if there is any specific law that keeps me safe for using those songs; perhaps because they are live? nobody made a copyright claim to the freestyle? who knows?! I am just happy I can put SOME type of decent music in my videos and keep them ad free. I do not make videos for money; they are for me to look back and enjoy the memories of my rides. Filming your rides is also preventative measures against fraud and sometimes your best witness! Be careful, stay safe, and God bless!
