Winter returns and heavy snowfall causes traffic chaos in the Helsinki region, Finland. Snow suddenly fell at the end of April when summer was starting to come. After just one night, Finland was covered with heavy snow, flights were canceled, disrupting traffic in the Finnish capital, Helsinki.
Between 2 and 6 cm of snow is forecast in eastern Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa and Central Finland. Meanwhile, in the areas of western Uusimaa and southwestern Finland, accumulation is not expected to exceed 2 cm. These unusual daytime temperatures are currently about 5 to 9 degrees colder than average in much of Central and Southern Finland.

According to the farmer's almanac, the latest time you can get a frost in spring is the 13 of May. These books go back to the year 1792, Therefore, this is well within the range. Summer starts At the solstice in June. It's still April. The middle of summer would be August.
