Well, this doesn't work for me. I am using a library card (Toronto Public Library). There is no option to link it to personal account. I chat with linkedin agent, he/she said you can complete certs on learning and manually add it on your linkedin account. So, for library card holders, add it manually.

Unfortunately, it does not give me the option of " Connect your LinkedIn account".. Change language is the last shown option. Any ideas how to fix that?
