In this video, I talk about replacing a blow numberplate lamp or how to clean the bulb holder as they often fail intermittently due to moisture ingress and condensation

1, with a small flat head screwdriver gently pry out the entire black lamp holder from the upper cowl
2, with a small flat head screwdriver, gently insert it into the notch on the clear lens and release it from the lamp holder
3, ensure your lights are turned off, gently remove the capless / capsule lamp
4, clean contacts if needed
5, replace the new capless / capsule lamp into the holder
6, clean the clear lens and replace it
7, reinsert the black lamp assembly into the upper cowl
