Couldn’t leave well enough alone. The Strangers stands in my top 5 movies of all time. It’s spine-tingling nihilism. No reason, no justification. No backstory. No identities. “Because you were home.” I mean it’ll be entertaining but does anyone else feel that some things just don’t need sequels, prequels, etc. and that something can just stand on its own?

Ah, this brings back memories of being young and seeing this in theaters and then wanting to rent it to show it to everyone i know. The original strangers movie has always been my favorite. Its such an underrated gem. Yes, the original will never be touched and i agree with some saying that it was scarier when there was no origin story but i will still see this. I want to see a whole new generation fall in love with the strangers franchise. Its okay to let things change. I have high hopes I'll be good either way
