I'm just starting the Elodie wrap dress and recommend toiling the bodice as I had to make it longer and adjust the waist to fit. It was really quick and simple to do, and I love it already, even in my old duvet fabric ๐. Thanks for all your dress suggestions, I'm off to check them all out...

I loved this video Angela. What choices! Can't wait to see which patterns you choose to make. Although I usually favour strappy type dresses, I do like the Seasons of East shirt dress.

Thanks for this Angela Love my Elodie.Have 1 short everyday one and a longer lawn one. Sized down the bodice. I think the newer hashtag was #closetcoreelodie so you might find even more there! Just making the Pattern Scout Byrdie with our 14 year old (shirred back peasant ish ) in a double gauze ! She did the shirring .......you can definitely do it !

Wonderful inspiration Angela. I do love the look of dresses & I enjoy making them, I just donโt seem to wear them on a daily basis so Iโm trying to resist adding to my collectionโฆ.but your not helping with wonderful idea like these๐คฃ๐

Love your fabric pairings with patterns. Love the McCalls 7974. Blue is my favorite too, but those reds are so nice!!

Fabulous selection of dresses. I really fancy making the Seasons of East one and also the last McCall's one you showed. I have make several dresses but i amvreally bad at wearing them. I just love wearing trousers. Thank you for the video.

Great selection here - it's lovely to see patterns that I haven't come across so thank you. I've just got the Cuba Libre pattern after seeing Cara's vlog and I'm hoping to make it up in a black and white viscose. Looking forward to seeing your version.
