Are Temu daily games a scam?
No : as in they are winnable and do fulfill the free items promised.

I show you that I've completed rounds of farmland and fishland and have free items showing in my order history

It is obnoxious? Yes
is it worth 3 months of your life? probably not.

Are there some ethical questions to be had about the products available? yes (definitely copyright infringement and probably 3d model theft, which do not apply to all types of products)

do they fail to tell you exactly what you need to qualify for the 24 hr free gifts? yes (answer is 2-ish new temu app download users who then also participate in the game, and 3ish other participators who can be new or existing app users)

How much did you spend on new orders to get more feed for the fish/garden?

I think it's important to mention the DRASTICALLY diminishing returns on these games. When you start out, you collect a fish after 3-4 feedings. But before long your currency's value depreciates steadily so that you eventually get 0.01% growth per each. I refuse to spam friends with the pyramid scheme invites and thus I progress at a snail's pace. You don't get to pick from the full value catalog for these "gifts" anyway, if you just put your time toward something that could actually earn or save money you would beat this "savings" easily. At this point, I will continue to trudge along just due to the amount of time I have already invested, but I won't get fooled again.

So, you are complaining about Temu and its promo games, yet you seemed to be a heavy Temu user. So, what's the punchline?
