It's worth noting that steering of the Kettenkrad was not only done by the front wheel. When turned beyond a certain point, the handlebar would engage track brakes to improve steering. It could even be used without the front wheel.

At 2:08 the guy has the handlebar turned to the right but it just keeps on going straight. Front wheel seems to be worthless.

5:07 An M62 diesel locomotives was being manufactured by Lugansk locomotive works. The only part made in Kolomna is the 14D40 2-stroke V12 2000 h.p. diesel engine.
