If you’re looking for an introduction to the best online Pilates workouts for beginners, this Introduction to Pilates course is made up of extremely gentle and slow-paced classes making it ideal for people who are completely new to Pilates or have a low fitness level. With low-impact movements, Pilates is an extremely effective way to get a full-body workout without risking injury. It also makes this programme suitable for people with conditions or past injuries.

These workouts have been created in collaboration with fitness experts InstructorLive and range from 10 to 45 minutes.

    I like how she's talking slowly and clearly & saying "it's ok, if you can't" like she understands that some of the viewers are here for the first time & they're not used to working out. When can we see more of these lessons?

    These are all excellent exercises and very well presented and explained by the lady. I've been doing these for years and they keep you flexible and fit . Give them a try out by stretching as far as you're able to start with and then going further when you can.

    Super instructors! Coming back to Pilates after two yr gap. More effective than the instruction i paid for for 10 years! Obviously I do not receive the personal feedback but the pace is great and the exercises are sufficiently challenging. Well done NHS!

  • Great classes Thank you! I hurt my back 4 years ago now I slipped 3 discs and couldn’t move for a month until it got a little easier even putting socks on was awkward... I like Pilates as it’s great for strengthening...
