we stan her, because especially since dylan was so young and someone said that to him in front of everyone and she went off means she really cared and protected those 2
-
You can still see the pain she probably felt on that day in her eyes, she’s literally hold back tears Now imagine trying to embarrass a child and thinking you ate, of course people are going to stand up for them You made everyone feel uncomfortable and the child insecure I loved that they weren’t the same body bc growing up I was bigger too and it made me feel okay with myself I don’t even want to imagine what the girls went through on those sets
-
Yaaaas! She still looks so young too! That broke my heart to hear her speak of what happened! She really meant that because shes still emotional about it.
-
And later Dylan defended Kim by refusing to say a fat joke about her as she was pregnant and he told the producer to write something that was actually funny.
-
She will always be my favorite mom from any show on TV. She was funny and smart and never afraid of anyone or anything. 👍🏼🔥
-
She got emotional talking about this
-
some adults really have no idea how words can forever affect others, especially children. I’m so glad Kim stood up for Dylan, shows what a caring and sensible person she truly is. ❤
-
She sounded like more of a mama than their actual mom
-
I am so sick and tired of body shamers I think it’s obvious when people look at you what they are judging you for 😭 Thank you Kim for sharing this!! 😢
-
Some people can be very rude
-
I love her for defending him ❤
-
OMG I didn’t even recognise her!!! 😮😮😮

This seemed to have been a pattern over at Disney during this time. Raven Symone went through the exact same thing as Dylan during that era too.
-
I always felt he was body shamed back then. It was the early 2000s. And that was an uncalled for popularity of bigotry. He was a child and probably felt that was how he was meant to be. But everybody still loved him. Why was he humiliated like that? Why should anyone-- children especially-- be humiliated like that? Kim was that mom you didn't wanna mess with on Disney set. It was clear that she and Dylan were more closer than she and Cole were. She's amazing. Love her for speaking out on this. And a shout out thanks to Christy for having her resurfaced on "Vulnerable". We needed that
-
I hate body shamers, Good for you Kim defending Dylan against Whoever The person behind the set body shame Him In front The rest of The cast members!!!
-
He returned the favor by not saying, a fat joke, directed toward her, and said that he will only say funny jokes.
-
I love Kim Rhodes for that for standing up for him good for her kids don’t need to Worry about weight apparently they wrote for the boys to make a fat joke about Kim but they wouldn’t say the joke they said I would never disrespect a woman especially her you write something funny and I’ll say it .
-
she maybe whispering what she said; but to be fair;... She probably yelled those exact words to the person who bodyshamed dylan... loud enough that she called him out publicly...
-
I am so happy she stood up for Dylan
