Allow me to introduce myself in this video so you can get to know me. In doing so, I want to give a DISCLAIMER and note THIS VIDEO GETS RAW QUICKLY. I love being authentic because I believe there is beauty in the testimony of the mountaintop as well as beauty in the mess of the darkest valley.
My name is Kristen, a homeschool mom of my 7 year-old, 2nd grade daughter. I am here to talk to you about all things homeschool, family and faith. My desire is to help encourage you along your homeschooling journey, so let's dig out the treasures hidden deep inside of us and our children, together!

I am so sorry to hear about your son. I am so heartbroken to hear that. I have 3 children of my own, and I can only imagine your pain. =( I didn't know that Zoe meant, "life." Fascinating. I admire your passion, faith in the Lord, and your drive to be true to yourself.

Thank you for sharing your story. Just like you, I am so thankful for all the homeschool moms who have gone before me and showed me what homeschool “could somewhat” look like :) Also, totally with you with being surprised by what comes out of me sometimes… in a bad way :( But, excited to be on this hard, but worthwhile journey.

It was great getting to know you better. I can relate to you so much. I'm Puerto Rican and I know a lot of Italians so I totally get the passion on both sides lol....yes homeschooling has definitely shown me more about how not patient I am which I already knew but now I really know lol....I love worship too....love your honesty.
