  • What kind of content would you like to see us produce in the new era we are living in? Covers? New arrangements of classic Wax Fang tunes? Live stream performances? Live steam Q&A's or workshops? Gear demos and reviews? We can't give the people what they want unless the people tell us what they want.

To think, I never would've heard of this song unless Roger pushed Jeff on that alien ship.

The American Dad episode should've been a full length movie. It had everything, a villain, a hero, a musical number, a final fight scene, a supporting cast etc. And Jeff makes a surprisingly good primary character. Awesome episode.

My best friend and I heard this song on American dad and we loved it. He passed away recently, it’s going to be played at his funeral tomorrow evening. Thank you for this beautiful song.

Shout out to American Dad for introducing so many people to such a great song that I still listen to regularly
  • @lewkforce
You don't play this song once. You play it many, many times in a row.

“If you’re searching the lines for a point, well you’ve probably missed it. There was never anything there in the first place.” This has to be one of the most brilliant lines to a song ever, and it’s amplified by being the concluding line

    the perfect song

This song doesn't feel like it's five minutes long. It just breezes along with not a single second wasted. So good.

This song makes the 'alien episode' of American Dad one of the greatest episodes of the series.

I don't know why but the scene in American Dad paired with this song almost made me cry. ❤ 😢 The lyrics and the guitar solo gets me everytime. "A sight for sore eyes to the blind would be awfully Majestic"
  • @hyicrotai9801
I like telling people this is just instrumental and making them wear earbuds when listening, I never get tired of seeing them jump at "A SIGHT!"
  • @Qurialedrilin
A lot of people are saying this song is about being alone and making up a romance. I think it's a lot more about duping yourself into loving someone who's not right for you, because you'd rather be with them than be alone. "A sight for sore eyes to the blind would be awful majestic." But some things aren't what they seem. You're so in love with what you first saw that you'd rather cling to that initial feeling than admit it wasn't what you thought. You don't want to be waken from that reverie. ("I'd rather be dreaming of someone than living alone").

First time I heard this song on American dad I was like "that's funny, this song is good" and I've watched several times along the years and yesterday I watched the episode again and I don't know what had me search for it. Not only I ignored the song, I also thought it was written specifically for the episode, for that scene. I'm glad I searched for it and found that is a real song, from a real band and was not just made for the show.
