I have just discovered you this morning with the first clip when you arrived in Romania. Watched all 4 of them, i was on the 3rd clip and the end and you just posted this, so it was amazing. I want to tell you that we romanians are very hospitable with our tourist, we are always happy to see tourists here and try to make them feel like home. I have seen you have already tried sarmale and papanasi so I'm going to recommend you another traditional food of ours we very much love. It's called mici ( which basically traduces to "smalls". the interesting story of this food is that back in 1800 and something some guys at some restaurant we're making sausages but they ran out of intestines and they just rolled the meat like a sausage and put it on the grill, and thats how mici were invented. ) You have to serve them with mustard and beer, and we always eat them straight with our hand. Ask locals for a good place to serve mici and enjoy them. Very happy to have you here brother, and I recommend you also visit Transfagarasan ( you also have a very high chance to see a bear live ), Maramures, Sibiu. Brother you went to Obor Market and didn't try mici? Is basically the second traditional food in Romania after sarmale and one of the most famous place to eat mici is in Obor Market, it's called Terasa Obor.
