The Mintar has an Altoids Mint tin for a body, containing all the controls. The pickup is just below the neck, a Wishbringer FlatCat™ surface-mount zero-hum pickup ( Etsy.com/shop/Wishbringer ), less than 1/4" thick and all the power of a full-size humbucker.
