Stingray is delicious. THIS BLEW MY MIND. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. The Uutaalnganu boys catch this amazing stingray right in front of me and throw it up in the boat. If that wasnt enough we then head out into the crystal clear, East Coast Cape York ocean and start chasing turtles around the inside of the Great Barrier Reef before jumping on one to show me how they catch them. AMAZING. The guys have been doing this their whole life. The Uutaalnganu Tribe are respected Dugong and Turtle hunters and have been since beginning of time. After a day hunting we head back to camp and the family show me how to cook stingray the traditional way, an experience I will never forget. I hope you all this, I sure did.

Big thanks to the Uutaalnganu mob for having us.
