I just started my commercial cleaning business and as I'm doing research, I find you guys on YouTube. I have so many notes, my mind has been expanded and blown away by your professionalism. Thank you truly for the content and helping young adults like me reach a little higher with standards, knowledge and goals to be successful in this business!

If you're a solo cleaner do you do the whole office trash, whole office wipe dust, then whole office vacuum. Or do you do everything room by room

I know there are daily/weekly cleaning duties that workers will perform, but when it comes to those extra "monthly cleaning" duties like high-dusting and wall-cleaning, do those days just end up being longer cleaning nights? And do you inform the client about the need for those extra-long cleaning nights? And do you have any add on fees for cleaning for a client if they have a company lunch or party and requires extra hours for cleaning? I'm just trying to understand how that works out if they're bid/contract is a flat price...
