“Boy, if you’d left me alone, right now I’d be fishin’.” I cry every time I hear this song. I’ve always been a huge Craig Morgan fan. ❤
  • Craig Morgan is a superstar musician and the connection was so impactful to Jelly Roll that not only did it make him cry but every fan of both performers. What an honor! The lord works in the craziest of ways and this union was felt by many! Thank you for covering this clip.

Yes it's about a homeless man. Almost home means he was almost to heaven. He woke him up just before he passed away. My dad told me that 3 days before he passed, he was going home. Saw Jelly Roll in concert last summer. He went to the front gate and paid for the first 50 people's beer.
  • JellyRoll is such an incredible singer/songwriter. Please check out one of these 3, 1st is my favorite! 1. Save me 2. Son of a sinner 3. Need a favor
  • As the loved one of a recovering addict, there was a time I couldn’t listen to this song. Not just those who are on the streets, but those in jail cells due to addiction or split decisions. Where the only place they can embrace the memories of before is in their dreams. I can’t imagine having an entire childhood and years of times that I loved and took for granted to the point of only ever seeing them again in my dreams. To be asleep and back home, and have to be woken up to reality guts me. To those who made it to the other side, remember that what you have now was once everything you prayed for 🙏 Don’t take it for granted.
  • I'm a boilermaker who travels a lot. Seeing your daughter come in the room brought me to tears, beautiful reaction!
  • Craig Morgan sings 4 of my favorite songs ...The Father My Son and The Holy Ghost, Almost Home, What I Love About Sundays, and This Ain't Nothin Jelly Rolls Save Me is stunning
  • @arcky508
I'm a 43 year old man and this song gets me emotional every time. We never need to explain how men can have feelings too. Keep sharing and expressing. I'll keep listening. Glad you checked out this song. Feed Love! Starve hate. 🤘
  • The one thing you can always say about country musicians is that they are so approachable and genuine. I am not surprised at the very kind gesture of Craig Morgan. He is a real role model for us all, young and old alike.
  • I am 68,adopted 7 grandkids,4 left. The road has not been easy. The good Lord has never left my side. Music is my peace time. It brings me home,it brings me close to Him. It gives me time with those I lost. It brings a smile when I struggle to. This is an awesome song. Thank you❤
  • Jelly Rolls story and songs are so soul wrenching! And Craig Morgans about his son broke my heart! ❤️❤️3
  • This song always hits me in the heart. My great grandpa was my best friend up till i was 14 when he passed. I can't tell you the stories I heard off an ol dirt road, on a pond bank with old cane poles with cottonwood trees out back. Grandma always had something in the oven or homemade ice cream.

Man, I’ve known this song for as long as it’s been around, but I never knew Jelly’s story with it. So, to witness Craig Morgan be the most sensible and most caring human, despite the cards life has dealt him and his family, just goes to show the true measure of a man. I can’t watch this enough and be moved to tears each time. God bless, Craig Morgan.
  • This shows that Craig Morgan is a good person. The old man was dreaming about his childhood
  • @darrinsteele
I’m not sure a moment could be captured better than by a cameo of an adorable little girl with a handful of flowers and a smile on her face. Like the man in the song, those are the memories we’ll cherish in our final breath.
  • @WCWWorldChamp
Beautiful song! Maybe my favorite reaction song I’ve seen on YouTube. Jelly Roll’s Save Me is absolutely amazing!
  • @johnnoel3416
Love your channel man. You HAVE to do Craig Morgan’s “this ain’t nothin”
  • Man, I don’t know how that little girl can be so beautiful and still look so much like you!! Thanks for your reaction to this awesome performance.
  • @P-J-W-777
As both a father and a grandfather it was beautiful when your daughter heard the beautiful music with a smile on her face and jumped into your lap just to listen. I often dance to music with my granddaughter like I always did with my daughter.
