My own hair growth progress and success, I followed this daily regimen: Take morning sunlight daily for essential vitamin D. Eat veggies of different colours. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and gently massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra cooconion. Imp. to remember that hair growth is affected by overall health as well as circulation and diet.

Hi Mercy! I made the aloe vera oil and have been using it on my scalp and ends. I got my rice water fermenting to use tomorrow or Friday when I shampoo my hair. I take a multivitamin and I take 10,000mcg of Biotin every day. My fingernails are growing so fast. Hopefully, when I take my twists down tomorrow, I will see a little growth. Will let you know. Your hair is really growing and looking healthy. TFS, be safe and be blessed. 💙💙💙💙

Hi lady i have been wearing braids for a long time and now its starting to affect my edges and my hair growth. Im taking medications like metphormin, simvastrin, ozempic and after i started taking these medications noticed my hair started thinning. My doctor has recently changed my medications. Can you give me a regime or should i go with this video im watching, thanks

Oh my goodness, where have you been... I have literally binge watched so many of your videos while I am supposed to be working today😆you are so informative and welcoming!!! I have 3 daughters and myself we are all natural and I am struggling right now with my youngest daughters' hair to the point where I am in tears some days, it just seems to get shorter and shorter.
