The last 10 mins is why I think Aaron is one of the best instructors out there. It is simply because he is a TEACHER in every sense of the word. Not a shooter, or performer, or grand master, but a teacher. He even goes so far as to show you his own mistakes and teaches you why he is making those mistakes. In the firearms training community, people get so wrapped up in preforming and the instructor being absolutely perfect that they dismiss the fact that if the person can TEACH, he doesnt have to be the BEST shooter on earth. If you can teach even from your mistakes, I believe you have surpassed the bar of an "instructor", and have reached the level of TEACHER.

"I feel like I'm being strangled by a weak child." Made my year!! Great video man.

Thank you. You impart knowledge more as a “guide on the side”, rather than a “sage on the stage” I appreciated your knowledge, your humbleness and realism. Please keep up the public service of your work.

I have NEVER heard grip discussed in such depth or more accurately. Thanks again Aaron for another informative video!

I don't know how SageDynamics doesn't have over a million subs by now. I've found every video of his useful in my life.
  • the more I watch the more I realize and understand that I need training because my shooting may be ok or there's something wrong with what I'm doing IE.... an instructor to tell me this is what I need! great vid!!!!!

Great lesson! You are by far the most realistic instructor I've watch.I have applied a lot of your techniques ,because they work. When I see perfect 1" groups from a pistol I feel a little showmanship(fake) was applied by the instructor. When I watch you I know ,this guy knows his stuff👍🏻.Keep up the GREAT work.

"Glock 21, otherwise known as a dictionary with a pistol grip." LMAO! Great video as always Aaron, along with your unique brand of humor to keep things interesting.

Excellent video. I'm a 77 year old fart who just got a new gun (XD clone) with a new to me red dot and I have the shakes when shooting. Using what you are teaching I have already noticed a dramatic improvement in my ability to hold the gun steady and hit stuff I couldn't hit before.. Thank you !!
  • Finally! I found someone who shoots left handed and is an instructor. Thank you for making these videos. Much appreciated!

“A dictionary with a pistol grip” this literally got me in trouble with my wife because I woke her up and my 6 month old son from laughing out loud!

“Perishable skills” I like that term. Makes me think of even the best musicians still practice for a couple hours a day
