I have devoted each day to read a book starting 2 weeks ago. I read mainly personal self-development and health and fitness books.

“Books you don’t read cannot help you.” Nice quote.
  • Sifu Dan, love that you call out those who don't study your material closer at the beginning. Some books I've read that helped me: 1. Think and Grow Rich (Napoleon Hill). 2. Overachievement (Dr John Eliot). 3. The 10X Rule (Grant Cardone). 4. Can't Hurt Me (David Goggins). My tip for retaining knowledge: One thing I do while reading books is to write out 'a-ha' moments into another book. That condenses the useful information. So instead of flipping through each book to revisit what I've read, I refer to the book I wrote in instead.

I like the tip of taking a number of ideas from each book e.g 3, that's a million dollar tip! The best part is in the question about what most people ask: "What books shall I read?" ALL OF THEM!!!
