The Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921 that destroyed Black Wall Street still permeates through history as one of the most significant events in the battle for social equality. The Greenwood Rising Black Wall Street History Center is dedicated to commemorating Tulsa’s Greenwood district and telling its important story in an immersive way.

The T.D. Jakes Foundation and Wells Fargo are pleased to donate a $25,000 grant for the center’s community outreach efforts and to help increase critical resources.
