Another look at some slightly older content I would love to see fixed, I'll be diving into the hunters call at some point soon but in my next video I'd like to discuss something slightly newer to the game that I have major issue with.

Hope you all enjoyed (despite the audio issues I'm apparently not free from quite yet) and I'll see you next time for more ridiculous opinions

Order of Souls to me is like McDonalds, it’s hit or miss

I think a new voyage would be a skeleton ship hunt. Similar to the phantom fleets but you have a choice. Sink the ship and get basic skeleton ship rewards, or you can take over the skeleton ship which you could use it’s captain table to go to the sea of the dammed and do a fort raid for much more rewards.

I think a voyage that spawns the Skeleton forts (not just the Fort of Fortune) would be nice. Maybe add a little skeleton fleet as a first stage that patroles the Fort

solid video! it's such a shame that the company with the best lore has the worst voyages

Man you’re videos are great. You definitely are going to become one of the next big SOT YouTubers. Keep up the good work.

Order of souls emissary is fast when you hit up both treasuries in the north. Both gets you rank 5 and the emissary quests afterwards are enough to fill back up to rank 5 order of souls. Lather, rinse, repeat. As long as you always pick up your emissary quests at Sanctuary, they always spawn on relatively small islands making it much faster to clear. (Edit: Solo, the treasuries can be done in about an hour and an additional hour for each emissary loop)

Perhaps some sort of bunker of the damned where you do the compass thing like the vaults, and get some sort of key. Then you would go and open the bunker and fight of a set amount of hoards of skeletons and capitans and while your fighting the hoards you could do some sort of puzzle to get the chance to fight a skeleton lord for more rewards(just like the devils roar exclusive vaults there could be exclusive bunkers where you fight an ashen lord after the puzzle). Another ideas could be you travel to the sea of the damned to find a ship of lost souls and fight it or get on it and guide the ship to where they were supposed to be and get skull rewards.

Grade five emissary quests you get in the Devils Roar should send you to islands in the Devils Roar. Right now it sends you out of the Roar which means no ashen villainous skulls D: I'll usually buy a couple of OoS quests and toss out any missions that only have one skull per island and then do any that have groups of three or four. So I think the easiest way to fix these quests right now is just make 4 packs the default. Most big islands in the roar are large enough to have multiple skelly packs roaming them after all. I'd put all the packs on one island, 4-8 skulls maybe, and have the last captain drop a message in a bottle that sends you to a second island to fight a Skelly lord, or an ashen lord in the roar. You could even have a skelly ship patrolling that island that you have to fight before landing. This would bring it into line with the time investment and profit margin of Lost Voyage quest and be a lot more fun to boot. You could honestly fix the ghost fleets the same way. Have a ghostly lord spawn on the island after you defeat the fleet.

I've mentioned this is other videos, but i like the idea of a liche system being introduced for the order. The liche in question will chase you across the sea from island to island, and the only way to kill it would be to go to a skelly fort. The fort in question would have less waves to than a regular fort and maybe have a skelly sloop or 2 as a patrol, but all of the loot dropped from the ships, bosses and fort vault woukd ne sellable to the order.

Order of Souls is my favorite, and has been since I first logged in and saw the lady with the cool makeup. I had no idea that they are the 'worst' faction - but I appreciate that you advise not buying the voyages - I am gett ing better results with your advice. Cheers!

i been thinking a voyage that leads u by 2 or 3 clues to a cementary where u fight new mutant skeletons and as a vault opes to a crypt full of loot
  • @michaels6981
Summoning an Ashen Lord with a voyage would be a great addition. Once the summoning happens, it could be visible in the sky, have quality loot and be worth pursuing by others on the map. Do this and everyone would be raising the Order emissary. Also phantoms are a useless addition only there to complicate matters while doing other things. As an Order emissary, I should get emissary credit for dispatching them.

Why won’t hunters call let us buy megalodon/kraken hunts (find a sunken ship, and follow its manifest just like an Athena voyage)
  • @Sixon-cv9ty
What about having to defend a fort against ghostfleets and phantoms
  • @DTAGAFFA
i would say hunters call is still more popular, i would rather fish than go to an island looking for a couple of skeletons atleat gold hoarders has vaults and merchant has lost shipments which both are fun to do the order of souls ghost fleet is so wierd i would rather do the world event version
  • @wibb4501
Personally I think Athena needs better voyages.. you get pirate legend to access Athena missions to get keg hunting which is pointless and Veils which don't get me wrong are cool. Just think another sort of Veil type mission would be cool. Reapers needs VOYAGES! Whether it's hunting a certain emissary that's on the same server. Sinking the ship grants you a key to open a chest for random extra loot or something.

I find the merchant alliance the most boring faction by far. I like doing Order of Souls voyages from time to time. Pretty much all the merchant alliance quests are super boring and tedious.
  • @secretnames7414
I think Merchants are the worst. Merchant voyages are slow, and not that profitable, except for the sunken ships
  • @MorleyGames1
Voyages are boring at lower levels. Go to an island, dig up treasure. Rinse and repeat. Very hard to make the game immersive for new players. And the rewards are not worth it.
