She’s one of the few who has never forgot about her roots and still worships the Lord through her music❤️ love her so very much.

I have nothing but respect for her. The way she carries herself, her lady like qualities she possesses, her God given talents and her love for God and Jesus and her beliefs. I thank God Almighty for giving her to the world. We all are blessed. Thank you Lord for her, and her precious little family. Their baby is so adorable. I wish them all the best that life brings their way. Thank you Carrie. YOU GO GIRL!!!!!

Anyone still being blessed by this three years later in 2020? I am looking forward to that glorious day when we will get to see all those he has called on again one day! ❤️

The gospel is preached no matter what the devil tries to throw at us...Jesus is calling us all into a relationship with HIM...

I have no shame in admitting it. I am a 35-year-old guy and was nearly weeping by the end of this. Absolutely breathtaking yet heartbreaking performance by her.
  • OMG Now that’s the way to sing that song. Only Carrie can do that.

Waiting for that glorious day when our Lord and Savior calls us home for all eternity.

I sang this song the night my fiancé died on 2/22/1988, I was 29 yrs old, living 3000 miles away from my home and family....after the squad came and took him away, I was all alone...and I paced the house singing this song. It was the first thing I could think to do, until I heard from the hospital..this song got me thru it....his family didn't want me to go with the squad, so I could stay behind to keep in touch with his sister who was at home with his young niece and nephew...I still remember that night...he was weary and tired...that was my purpose for being in CA..to bring him some sort of being settled in his life.

Carrie is undoubtedly one of the best voices and most beautiful souls in the history of country music
  • If it was any other big name performer you might get the feeling it was staged emotion...but with Carrie you get the real deal! That is why she has had and will always have a place in so many people's hearts....including mine!
  • I went forward in my church, to this song, when I was 13! Scared but felt I had to do it! Such a wonderful song! God loves me and all of us! Get right with God!

What a wonderful way to spread the word of Jesus. She s a beautiful lady and this song brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Carrie.
  • @Parmella
She is absolutely beautiful like an angel. Her dress is gorgeous.
  • To hear her voice break with emotion almost tore my heart out. This is one reason I love country music so much. It is about life, the love, the lost, the pain, the win.
  • @bethlehem80
The best song choice ever, wonderful, thank you Carrie. Jesus is the only refuge.
