To all searching for this - my wife and I found it by luck! It's in the town of Niccone, on Via del Ponte Vecchio! If you go to Google Maps and go to street view you'll see the building with #51 on it! By the way, Nick - we watch every Saturday and absolutely love your channel!

I watch your channel in New Zealand every Sunday morning in bed with a coffee. Its a highlight in my week! I fell in love with Italy in my early 20s after beng a nanny in Milano for a year. 35 years later I still dream of livng in Italy. I must admit I prefer the dust and cobwebs ( and your excitement!)of the crumbling original ruins.... Thank you for allowing me to dream Nick. See you next Sunday!

A sink with a window! Yes. That is one gorgeous kitchen. The plaster work, red tiles, great sink. It’s all there. The whole apartment is neat as a pin. Rich colors, Beautifully kept.
