On July 20, 2023 When Jack Phaunpa couldn’t reach his 21-year-old daughter, Pitch Phaunpa, being hours away in another province he did the only thing possible, the concerned father called 911.

I miss Pitch terribly, she really was the kindest girl I’ve ever met. What happened to her was so unfair, she was so young and truly amazing. I hope justice is served for not only her, but the others who was hurt by him as well.
