I like a long vlog since they are more casual, less tutorial-type of videos that I can multitask to. It feels more like a hangout. I think a 45 to 60 min vlog is a good duration.

I love the long vlogs, it’s like hanging out with you. Also thank you for the chat about how our bodies change during the awful menopause, it’s a real thing and I’ve been struggling with it for years. Daily yoga has helped me deal with mine. See you next week!
