As a mom of a schizophrenic They are allways med compliant in the hospital.. its when they get out and start functioning in the world that they believe they are cured then the go off meds and then have a break. Its a terrible cycle...
  • This child needs 100 percent supervision. Seems like the medication might be too strong for her. A blessing the victim did survive.
  • He has great hair. It sure hasn't thinned over the years. Lucky man.
  • @Vitagirl
This doc is right! He is trying to at least not just let this girl go without serious restrictions!

Schizophrenia is a very terrible illness to endure - and to treat. The medications themselves can have such terrible side effects. Not everyone who suffers schizophrenia has the same symptoms or respond in the same way to the medications. I do know that statistically there is a high death rate by suicide of those who suffer from schizophrenia - and unfortunately with some there is a higher risk of violent behaviours - I hope people do not believe all people who suffer from schizophrenia are dangerous - actually for the most part they are more at danger of hurting themselves.

“To understand schizophrenia, one has to understand despair”. Sad all round. Just good Payton survived.

Everyone is a victim in this and I hope to see the day when all scars have healed. Payton is such a good person, she stated that if she would see Morgan again, she would say "Thank you". Its because of the accident that she decided to become a doctor. Morgan has a good soul, she isnt the devil, she is ill. Early Schizophrenia is so hard to detect, almost completly impossible at the age of 12. I just hope she gets her own mind under her own control one day and then she should be released under supervision. Any person seriously condeming a 12year old schizophrenic child, who was tried as an adult!, to life in prison has some serious issues himself. Speak out in anger at first but once you got the details there should be a certain voice in your head that tells you to try and understand what really happened.

Why did they cut off Dr Andrews testimony from the last video? I wanted to hear about her communication with the person in TX.
  • He is fascinating to me Seems kind and thorough Knowledgeable and trustworthy

As a paralegal I’m surprised the attorneys don’t hit the mute button on the microphones on their table before whispering. My boss always brings a heavy book to keep it muted for the entire trial unless they need to speak. Maybe there isn’t a mute button? Very odd

Dumbledore lives! Interesting personal presentation by this expert witness. Great hair plus massive professional expertise.
  • @tekkenfan01
They got it right with this case, better than the people watching pretending to be experts and knowing everything, you're not professionals, you speak with feelings, not with your brains
  • @ybet1000
After listening it this ... IMHO...Dr Kent Berney .. he is pretty good at what he is doing... listening to him...he seems to know what is happening...only thing I would like to add... to give her the strongest chance of getting better... . you have to give her hope....

  • @evamaher2355
Do the attorneys honestly think we cannot hear them whispering there’s a microphone there 😂
