Jess and I drove past this EMPTY house on the way to another job that unfortunately got rained out. when we got out and looked over everything we were pretty confident no one lived at the home, so we knew we would need to talk to a neighbor to gather more information... After speaking to the neighbor across the street we were told that that the house has been empty for around two years. The last tenants to live there got into domestic disputes and broke out the two front windows and ultimately had to move out leaving the house empty for anyone and everyone to stay there illegally which according to the neighbor is kind of scary ... We were on the job for around 9 hours cleaning everything up so if you wouldn't mind leave a like and a comment on the video, that goes along ways in helping us create this type of content.

Amazing transformation Jay & Jess! Crazy sad how these houses sit abandoned, deteriorate, lose resale value, & are an eyesore to neighbors. There are so many families who cannot afford to enter the housing market. Your hard work is very appreciated!

The drone footage of mowing the back yard is awesome! I've seen drone pictures, but no channel is doing that unique view. Funny to see the next door doggos happy to follow you along the fence line. BTW, I'm 62 this year and I need that chair! The price was surprisingly low for all those features. Thanks again for the video; love this channel!

Really nice job! Love seeing the grass catcher! Kept wanting you to pick up the dead sod, along the side walk...lol. That back yard was awful...so much work! You two are great.

The grass and leafs will be earth if you compost it. You can use it to grow, for example, vegetables, tomatoes, strawberries and flowers.
