Looks awesome. For my storage I put my chunkloaders below and then the nether counterparts at nether bedrock that way my main portal could link to the roof.

If you want a tad bit more space, a red mushroom grown two blocks out from the middle end portal frames should destroy them, but leave the end portal block intact

I built my huge storage system this year and know how painfull it is. I saw many videos before it, had a whole test world filled with diffrent concepts. But I'm bothered about all storages look the same. 4 arm and thinn corridores. It is boring... I've 2 concepts smashed together. One for mass storing aka shulker loader and the other for the rest. The first one I'm the most proud of. A wide big rectangular room with 4 main themes. Every area has room for decoration (like a small forest with flowers and a garde for all natural stuff, another "forging area" with micro redstone stuff and a smelting and blacksmith theme for stone and redstone stuff). It isn't decorated all, but plans exist what is comming there. The technical stuff is maybe interesting for redstoners. What are the fastest ways to sort stuff, or unload shulkers for sorting and so on, but I'm more for a reliable option. I'm playing on a single player world and want to do stuff and doesn't afk a lot. My farms got big, so I don't need to afk for long. But the most important thing is, they have to be reliable. Unloading chunks by flying away, teleport to nether/end or simply turn off the game should not be damaging my farms. Sometimes it is possible, other times not (material amount or loss of speed is too big). But my main storage is it. Yes it is not the fastest, only Hopperspeed. But because of it, it is reliable. I built backup systems, and backup of backup systems, emergency turn offs in all kind of points where failure is possible. It is not completed yet, because I wanted to do other stuff over the weeks and months, but until now, it never broke. Maybe I have to run a little bit more, but it is a place where I want to be, what is pleassureable for the eye, and not only a chaos inflicted pile of blocks.
