I saw him at DFW airport….sitting there reading a newspaper… I wasn’t going to ask him for an autograph but as I was walking by him I had an inspiration and said “Sorry about the dog John”… he looked up and responded in character “Thanks”… and then he cracked up and we both had a quick laugh and I continued on my way….GREAT guy!… 🎉

The dude is just a human being, making his way through life, as are we all, but he does have that elemental spark of sincerity, doesn’t he?
