just because he opened the browser tab on june 16 and hit search on june 17 and proved that the timestamp still shows as june 16 .... doesn't mean the jen didn't open the tab on june 16th and made the search on june 16th

Whenever defense corners a state trooper in their under oath statements, the judge rescues them.

State didn't debunk 2.27am search as some may think. In response to the cross examination by Mr. Yenetti about Selective Deletion , MySQUL and HASH mechanism, the expert agreed that it is possible to take out particular file or database with the help of HASH mechanism and renumber it, so that there would be no break in the numbering and would appear that nothing was deleted. This requires large amount of knowledge and skills. May be the prosecution got it done by some tech savy person. If anybody is interested in listening again, time stamp is around 6:21:40

Why weren't there pieces of John's clothing on the pieces of taillight if he put his arm up and yet a hair was still on the vehicle. They didn't find any threads from his clothing during testing for DNA?
