A sprint session?! Omg, I struggle just getting up off the chair! 🤣 Go you good thing! But yeh, I was dealing with x2 souls from America who just weren't a good match for me & as a result my mental health began to deteriorate. Towards the very end I ended up saying some things (via Facebook) that were very hurtful. At the time I didn't care because I was in my emotions. Do I regret it now? You betcha!
