Hello. Chris Konkle here. Just to give you a heads up. If you click on any of the links in my video descriptions or on my website, you will be led to Amazon. I am an associate and will receive a commission on any purchases you make. My goal is to make it easy. For people who do not know what real contractors use for tools, personal protective equipment, equipment, services or any other procured items. Also, easy for experienced trades people by having all the items neatly organized and grouped together for quick and easy purchasing. There are millions of different products available out there. I only promote those that I have either personally used or have fully researched and believe they will deliver value to you.

It takes a lot of time and money from myself to bring you all the free content. Our message is to master construction and be an industry leader. Then you can train other workers to be quality trades people that value organization and leadership and use problem solving to ensure project success. This message promotes good ethics and practices in both business and work.

Construction Kronies is affiliated with Amazon.com, Merch by Amazon, Skill Share, Streamlabs and Tubebuddy. Please know that I have not received any free product or compensation from any of these companies for mentioning them on my website, in my video descriptions or videos themselves. The only form of compensation that I would receive is if there is a transaction made with those companies and I would receive a commission.

Thank you for your support.

Your framing's sick. Great job explaining it as well. Wasn't intending on watching a video about this but here we are. Good stuff sir. Thank you.

Thank you. We need more videos like this. I just wish that Lowes and Home Depot had more to offer when it comes to metal studs. There is a lot of great ideas on construction on YouTube but our local stores have very little to offer.
  • A construction cronies I would like to thank you for giving us the lay of the land and the 411 on what it is that you do
  • Your video's fly bye, so Much Information to take in, love the channel
  • Thanks for sharing your knowledge. It's always appreciated! I was wondering if you have the intention to retake and remake the Tezyzy framing tool ?
  • QUESTION. Can, metal studs be welded?. Can metal studs be bolted to wood (truses, floor boards etc) example running off ceiling for a garage extension? 🤔🤔
  • @rong2715
Hi Chris, great videos. I watched many of them as I gear up to tackle a project in my house: wood stove alcove. Quick question. My ceilings are just over 9 feet. I bought 10 foot steel studs. I need to cut them to length but discovered that the place I need to cut them is near or through a knockout. Is that permitted? How do I handle this situation? Thanks
  • @MatthewBester
I noticed no horizontals? Doesn't the metal stud need noggins? Not sure what they are called in US.
  • @zeferinomarlus
Do you have a video about vertical bracing on a load bearing steel framed wall?
  • @mojonojo3
do you have a make and model number of pin lasers you recomend?
  • In the end, I noticed a horizontal metal going between the studs holes. Is this a type of bracing ?
  • @wecomeinpeace5082
What video would you recommend for someone just starting interior?
  • I’m having to install 45 degree braces on free float partition walls. What type of clips to attach angles
