  • If the eviction was illegal they’re going to get sued and I hope she wins a new mobile home.

Gotta love how the Repo company blames someone else..yet they were wholly responsible for loading and moving it. Looking at their reviews...they seem pretty shady..and the comments/complaints seem to confirm what the owners daughter has experienced.
  • I like how the repo company that just left it there is like ‘I hope the people responsible do something’ like dude, THATS YOU!
  • @Maxumized
The owner of the property should charge rent to the moving company. Council woman should round up some cash to help out instead of words.
  • Once you pull the trailer out of the trailer park the transport company is responsible for any unexpected issues to transport it. That's why some are demoed on sight. It's not safe to transport and it's against the law to transport un safe mobile homes. With that said dose anyone have a used trailer they could donate to this elderly lady. She really needs help.
  • @Maybe1Someday
The scumbag who repo’d the home had the audacity to say someone else damaged the home after he left it there? Yeah right buddy, bills will be sent to you.
  • I can't believe the older lady wasn't given a chance to retrieve her belongings 😔 The mobile home park and the repo people are scumbags . I hope the lady can get a lawyer and Sue ? I suspect she was evicted illegally , I wouldn't be surprised . I just feel awful for her 😔
  • The city is only interested in removing it from the shopping center NOT IN helping the victim. YOU VOTED FOR THESE MONSTERS

The repo company is full of crap! Before moving a mobile home they are supposed to ensure that the tires & axles fully intact before even moving it! They most likely moved it as is and when the home started to break and have issues they left it as is and blamed someone else.
  • The company that took possession of it by towing it is ultimately responsible for getting it to its relocation site. Not just pointing fingers and shirking responsibility.

I see this a lot. Old dilapidated mobile homes shouldn’t be moved. Yet they try anyway For what? $80 in scrap? Whoever pulled that out of the park should pay big time fines for violating DOT laws

Just by looking at it from the exterior, anyone in their right mind knows that it’s not in any shape to be moved even an inch. Only demolition if it has to be taken but not like a car you tow away then after the person makes the necessary payments they can have it back. These are called mobile but can only be moved once or within a few years from the manufacture date due to rust/corrosion etc of the frame and overall structure of the walls over the years.
  • San Antonio got ghetto all my life I lived here and never I seen it as bad as now 😔
  • 10 grand on this hunk of junk it's not even worth 5 bucks !! Just get her an subsidised apartment for the elderly. Damn I would not want my m9m to live in this heap . It can't be safe . She could get her a place for over 50s dirt cheap !!
