I was desperately smitten with Julie at the age of 16 in 1968, and still am at the age of 68

The ULTIMATE version of this song. It has an ethereal sensuality that no other version has.
-
I love the phasing on the vocals, a true psychedelic master stroke.

She was the emblematic Girl of the Swinging London..... for her powerful yet so expressive voice, for her hairstyle, for her makeup and for her intriguing beauty. Jools forever❤️❤️

This was played at my Dad's funeral this year. Fab song.

Julie Driscoll was "the" girl of the UK in the late 60s. Her work with Brian Auger and the Trinity on "Streetnoise" still holds up SO well......what a talent 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I'm pretty sure as of 2023 that Julie is still with us.....at 82 yrs. old. WOuldn't surprise me if she were still performing and doing her thing like nobody else. What a talent.

Julie was David Bowie before David Bowie was David Bowie.
