I loved the facts simply put. Not the breathy voiced over sugary videos that many other LDS makers do. Loved this.
  • This was beautifully done Brother Griffiths. I have been taught all of these principles for decades (as have you), and yet the way you explained things so simply and faithfully - I loved it. I particularly enjoyed how you visited the important locations where these principles were first taught. I thought it was interesting how Joseph first sealed Brother and Sister Johnson, who were not particularly prominent in the Church, in a personal ceremony right in their own home. I thought they somewhat stood in for all of us regular members of the Church who would later receive this ordinance. These amazing blessings are available to all of us - we don't have to be a general authority or other prominent Church leader to receive the greatest blessings imaginable.

beautifully amazing insights into the restoration....thank you so much. love from Accra, Ghana!!
  • Thank you for sharing your personal experiences as a Church historian for us who do not have the previledge to be in those places where history occured. My testimony of the gospel came from the witness of the Holy Ghost to me indipendent from any human philosophy.

To me a convert to this great church, who have come from knowing basically nothing, about temples, to what I understand and know what a temple really is. To be part of the family of Christ, has been one of the greatest blessings of my memberships in church.
  • I look forward to your video casts each week Love the Spirit you bring and insights

I learned so much from this video...thank you. Thank you Zander for producing this, and Casey Griffiths for teaching us...and all the others who contributed to this video.
  • Thank you so much. You not only expand on how our Temple ordinances evolved but also bring the Doctrine & Covenants to life. Truly grateful for this. Thank you.
  • This is incredible! The use of storytelling, the flow between narrative & interview, the back and forth between Dr. Griffiths & Dr. Woodward, the videography, the use of music to enhance the narrative… you guys have taken it to the next level! History Channel meets LDS Church history. I loved every minute of this video. 😊

5:30 I love the parallel between this funeral, and Alvin's funeral where a minister got up and told everyone Alvin was burning in hell because he hadn't been baptized
  • I thank HEAVENLY FATHER & BELOVED HOLY HEAVENLY MOTHER forever, Brethren's, for this amazing work you're doing. Please, keep up the good work.
