Crosskart Build #26: Aluminum Body Panels

Continuing work on the Crosskart, shifter kart, buggy, single seat offroad thing. This took 2 days to mount fab and mount the first side and 4 hours to do the other side. I hope I came up with the best and most efficient way to do this for the home fabricator following the series. Thank you to everyone building and showing their work on the VF-1 Kart Builders Facebook group, you are some amazing guys.

    If you ever find yourself doing this type of symmetrical body panelling, after you make one side of the body fit perfect, match the shape of the cardboard template to that of the finished panel and use thay to check the other side and check for any inconsistency before you cut the metal panel sheets. It doesnt take longer than a few minutes and might save you having to buy a new sheet in the future
