She must've done this twice on the show. The one I just saw on TV she was dressed like Dolly. So it was a Donna Fargo/Tammy Wynette/Dolly parody!!! Genius!!!!! Thanks to whoever posted this!!

I caught the whole episode early this morning on Catchy TV, I've been looking for the whole Rural Music Awards skit since, so far all I find is this one song, which is great, but the whole skit is freaking hilarious, I haven't laughed that much in ages. This is the one it was on -The Carol Burnett Show 1974 S7 E25 (season 7 episode 25)
