Another way to access safe mode is to power the phone off then press the power button briefly to turn it on while pressing both volume up and volume down at the same time. Keep them pressed until it has loaded. That worked on my S2. The other method did not.

Safe Mode does not delete third-party application.. Safe mode main function is to pause third-party apps, so that a user can isolate a problem or bug with the device..

I love the multi-window view tip! I didn't know Android phones were capable of this! I'm going to be switching back to Android from iPhone (I liked the iPhone experience, but I have the iPhone SE, and this recent update is probably the last it'll get, and I don't feel like paying $500+ dollars for a newer one,) now I'll be able to look something up on Google, or respond to a text while watching YouTube!
