You will not make him ambitious. So true. I recently stumbled upon a quote that said something like "you won't get far with some people. Not because they are bad people. They just don't go anywhere". It resonated with me very strongly.

Men have more feelings. When a man feels safe with his woman you see that softness and fragility, believe me. I love loving a man❤

The term 'projection' is most commonly used in popular culture with negative connotation. However, the most grueling part of my growth has been the realization that we frequently project our own positive qualities onto others. Each time my kindness has been met with cruelty, or ambition with apathy; I've been shocked, hurt and confused. Unfortunately, it's naive and dangerous to assume others, most especially romantic partners, are operating from the same level of empathy and awareness as yourself.

As a man, I'm having trouble connecting or relating to a woman emotionally. I want to understand emotional intimacy the way women do. At least as much as that is possible.

I was with a guy for 6 years and I know now it was for the potential I saw in him… not who he really was. I was toxic and jealous a lot at the time and he neglected me emotionally. We were not good for each other. Eventually I left him because God/my conscience kept telling me to. I’ve been healing over the years and knowing who I don’t want to be with, understanding the red flags, and knowing more about who I truly am. Now I’m interested in a man for who he is, he has great character and now I know I shouldn’t make him do anything, but he does everything for himself 😊 we are both working on our finances/foundation but I really believe we made a connection, and I hope one day God will bring us together for good🤞

This is why you have to keep God in your union. Pray for discernment to understand your partner. Remember God has all the answers when we don't. 🙏

Women also get into relationships where she’s more successful because it keeps her in control—that it’s on her to make sure nothing goes sideways. Something happened in her childhood that caused her to not feel secure

It's not about full understanding. I think, fully, we will never understand each other. It's more about seeing, hearing and respecting each other. With pleasure I will be the most delicate and caring woman, but i can't give my whole heart to somoeone who is dismissive for my emotions. It's all about intention and comunication not about learning the scheme of the other party. Thank you for your job! <3
