I thought the prisons were full, and even releasing prisoners early. No arrests for shoplifting though.

So how does he plan to do that then? We got no police service, lack of immigration officers to process claims and where are the magistrates/judges for all those small minded folks. Let's hope theres plenty of prison spaces in the overcrowded prison system for these thugs. Starmer better get a diversity/culture secretary real soon to teach these folk. Welcome to GREAT BRITAIN 🇬🇧
