I’m so confused is there a happy ending? Was the pup found again? “Unfortunately she got lost…” what does that mean? Lost originally or lost when he left her with a friend? Is she okay?! DID HE FIND HER?! I have six dogs, this is a beautiful story, if she was found and reunited with him

I love this book so much!! It's so sad tho😭

He went back to China with a search team ! Alot of misleads but he found him at a restaurant where the family took care of the dog but put up posters to search for it's paw-parent. They went to the restaurant and there was no doubt it was him. This time .. he decided to stay in China for the 4 month quarantine rule they have there in China and they came back together to Scotland! (I tried to click the link but it didn't work for me a few times so I decided to share the end of the story so I found the story online) A happy ending !

Would make a fabulous movie.....shame that theres lots of gobi's in need of a friend in that country
