Why did this make me cry? Just hits different in 2021.
  • Anyone else brought to tears by just seeing some human beings finding joy in the moment and forgetting how divided the world seems right now? May you all have a Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, a blessed Christmas, a wondrous Eid and whatever else you might celebrate, may it bring you a grand 2020.
  • I've seen this so many times over the years! And here I am 13 years later watching it with a tear in my eye. So good!
  • Still my favourite flash mob , 14 years later, I still wonder how they managed to choreograph this number with so many people, so perfectly

I've watched this one over 100 times. Whenever I watch it, I cry. I dare to say, this is the most incredible flashmob I've ever seen.

Everybody standing around watching, is smiling. At one point, where the children are coming down the stairs, one lady just breaks out in the biggest smile! You can almost see the tears coming to her eyes. I think that if this was done everyday around the world, in a place that just seems sad, it would be a reminder of fun, laughter & life! No words can express the joy that can bring to the human spirit. This was beautifully done!

Still loving this 12 yrs later! The best part has got to be at 2:40 where the guy just drops his briefcase and joins in!

I adore this. Loved all the other people dancing along and clapping to the song. And the remix in the middle is brilliant

August 2020, and still the best and most touching flash mob I've ever seen.
  • This is astounding ... I can't even get 3 people to go out for drinks ...
  • The world as it should be. No hate, no disagreements, no war, only joy and happiness for all humanity. It can be this way world wide if we all try.

September 2020, I am crying while watching this. Will humanity ever again be carefree like this, singing and dancing together, close to one another, without fear of the person next to us? I feel like a piece of me is missing, an important part of life is missing, for everybody.

It's been a long 11 years, and I still remember this when I hear about 'flash mobs'

WOW, it’s amazing how the sound resonates throughout that place! There’s so much echo, it sounds glorious. Julie’s voice is beautiful. Their choreography was amazing!
