i heard Tramaine Hawkins sing this at my church Academy Cathedral in 1975. When she finished I ran to the altar to give my life to the Lord.

I got out the hospital July 2019 had open heart surgery and was brain dead and on life support for 3 weeks the very next week caught MRSA, pneumonia a stroke and seizures had to learn to walk, talk and everything all over again was in ICU for 57 days but God this song has my breaking down bc God is so good I'm still here and very grateful! Glory to God π bless everyone I am a new Doug! Thank you Jesus!!!

Listening to his as my Husband is caught up in his addiction to drugs. Iβve been praying that the lord will fix him, but heβs been fixing me instead. A wonderful change. The depth of my forgiveness , grace & mercy have tremendously increased. When he comes home , I give him a hug and tell him I love him, still.

When I was about 15 years old, my mother who has since gone to be with The LORD, would literally play this song "repeatedly" all nite sometimes, on an album. She dealt with sickness many years, loved The Lord and fought the battle for life. We knew this was her favorite song and played it at her memorial in 1995. Gospel music planted "unbelievable seed" in my life. I am a preacher of that same gospel today! Thanks JESUS and Mom!

it's 2am on 8/9/2023 and this song has been on repeat in my head so I had to search for it. God has truly changed me. I asked and He delivered. Thank you Lord ! God is so faithful, loving, patient and everything I need and more. β€πππΎππΎ

As a child I listened to this song with my Grandmother. Back then I didn't know what it meant. But when I became an adult I became a homeless, alcohol/drug addict for 10 years. I gave my life to God and have been clean for 4 years. I understand fully what this song means now..PRAISE GOD

I have changed in the name of Jesus this song is beautiful it helps me to understand that I'm not alone. People wasn't accepting of my change they wanted me to be the old me but God has a purpose for me and I love this momentπ’π

This song touches my heart..I've had a rough life, but by the GRACE AND MERCY of GOD I made it through..I was on drugs in my 20's, use to steal to get high etc..I had multiple relationships that were toxic I felt like I had to be high to be myself, I would get drunk daily and get crazy thinking it was ok.. towards the end of 2018 I quit smoking, drinking I've been clean now for a lmost a year, started my own cleaning service, HE CHANGED ME!!! FATHER I THANK YOU!!!

I'll never forget this song. I'd just been baptized in Jesus' Name and filled with the Holy Ghost! I was sooooo grateful for being delivered out of an incredibly sinful past until I cried uncontrollably as the choir sang this song. I cried so hard until my body trembled! Thank you Jesus for the wonderful change!
