Norah Jones (born Geethali Norah Jones Shankar; March 30, 1979) is an American singer-songwriter and pianist. She has won several awards for her music and, as of 2023, had sold more than 50 million records worldwide. Billboard named her the top jazz artist of the 2000s decade. She has won nine Grammy Awards and was ranked 60th on Billboard magazine's artists of the 2000s decade chart.

LINEUP
Norah Jones (vocals, guitar, piano); Sasha Dobson (backing vocals, guitar); Smokey Hormel (guitar); John Kirby (keyboards); Gus Seyffert (bass); Joey Waronker (drums).

ABOUT - press release at the time
Although she has sold over 36 million albums over the years, for her latest recording Norah Jones decided to change tack. She wanted to give her easy-to-listen-to voice a sharper edge and decided to let Tom Waits producer Jacquire King hone the sound on The Fall. The final result is amazing. The multi-Grammy Award winner has struck the perfect balance between an honest, rough sound and the beauty of her much-loved voice. The 30-year-old American singer has not appeared at the North Sea Jazz Festival before and is therefore a must-see for fans of her subtle, jazzy singer-songwriter repertoire. Revered musicians like guitarist Smokey Hormel (Johnny Cash, Joe Strummer) and drummer Joey Waronker (Beck, R.E.M.) provide the musical backing for her performance.

Thank you guys so much for posting these amazing shows! Let me ask you, will we ever get Solange Knowles? We don't have any full concert of hers in professional recording. Thankssssss

A little bit disappointed, I thought this would be a recording of something more recent than 2010. Don't get me wrong here, I love Norah Jones, probably one of her biggest fans, and I ABSOLUTELY will watch this and thank you to those who uploaded it, as it's a live concert show that, to my knowledge, has never been put up on this medium. But I hoped this would have been a recording maybe from one of her "Visions" tour shows. Norah's touring right now for that album, but I have a feeling it's a "limited" US only tour... which kinda sucks for the rest of us.

Weird, disturbing acoustic quirks in first few songs and periodically thereafter = bad concert.
