I stopped statins due to adverse effects. Please be aware of possible side effects before you take them.
  • I’ve had inflammation on my labs for years and last month had a heart attack that I wasn’t expecting so I’m looking forward to hearing this
  • @DS-nb5cz
Sharing on FB and X and with a friend who has metabolic syndrome and now just progressed to significant insulin resistance. Perfect timing. Thank you.

I take methylated B Complex to lower homocysteine..But, I am not on statins..
  • Thanks Doc . Wide Awake People including yourself have been saying this for years . Inflammation (fire ) is the issue not LDL-C (The Firemen ) which is the Response to the inflammation .
  • Dr. Bean is right, the most important is a healthy, happy, a nutritious diet with exercises will help the cells to function properly, especially the body's immune systems.

Well, when I ask you who the heck isn't inflamed after the pandemic? Everything comes from being systemically inflamed, so this is great.
  • Barry Sears MD has several books out that preaches the same message from the eighties,I have several and the message, like yours, was ahead of it's time.Keep up the work Doc
  • Get your regular dental cleanings. Periodontal disease is inflammation and linked to crp. It takes two minutes to floss!

BEAUTIFULLY PUT, THANKS FOR SHARING DR MOBEEN🙏
  • I'm recovering from congestive heart failure. Inflamation of my heart is the major issue. Yet my doctor pretty much wants to potato around that issue in favor of grabbing a knife and poking around. Sugar makes me feel like I'm being stabbed in the chest. I got off carbs and sugars and eat mostly meat, fruits, vegetables and exercise quite a lot. I've outlived two of my doctors. I'm only 53 btw.
  • Just started the video. I have heard elsewhere that inflammation is a big issue in cardiovascular health before. In my experience and this is not medical advice, I had found that taking vitamin complex D3+K2 with magnesium has shown, through tests ordered by my primary, to have very low inflammation and undetectable calcium buildup in my arteries. I started taking this vitamin complex because of calcium build up in my ears causing vertigo. I no longer have vertigo. The complex with magnesium moves free calcium in the flesh to the bones. Other side effects are that my dentist has seen my teeth get stronger, The complex also has boosted my immune system. Except for COVID I have not been sick for the last 7 years since I started. I used to get a cold every fall and a sinus infection every winter. But they don't happen anymore.

As someone with RA, I find IVM to be a tremendous help, with that inflammation.
  • As I understand intermittent-and extended-fasting reduce inflammation significantly. That stated, "fasting for one week can also significantly increase serum cholesterol and triglycerides. However, continuing to fast for up to 21 days can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels back to pre-fasting."
  • So, what is the #1 way to stop inflammation?? Diet?? Lifestyle?? Stress?? Avoiding the political news??
  • @jmc8076
Brilliant message done in a balanced open way. I’m 55 and husb 60+. Our CRP and other markers are done 1-2x per yr. Also key for 50+ (maybe 40+ now) is a Coronary Calcium Scan. It shows arterial plaque. Another valuable tool to find heart disease in early stages and determine how severe. Peace and health to all. Edit: neither husb or I need or take a statin.

Sugar (carbs) equal inflammation. Simple carnivore diet proves to be the best utilizing all that yummy cholesterol to aid in the proper hormone construction. Everyone should be doing the proper human diet.
