Lost in Paris . . .that is, by my experience, one awesome way to spend an afternoon. There is no better city in which to loose your way.

Paris in the rain is amazing. Since visiting it in the rain,no matter where I am in the world and hear cars splashing down wet streets I think of Paris. It has been this way since 1987 for me. This coming from someone who grew up in Seattle and Portland.
There is now a Laudree in Georgetown on M street. -
