  • Clip 1 is exactly why you never ever ever ever ever ever ever talk to the police without a lawyer
  • No matter how many times I see the first video I just start crying with him and his family. How Terrible is that when that happens.
  • That guy suddenly became A LOT less cocky when hearing he would go to trial
  • @JustinGoesOn
I love how in clip 2 his lawyers face is just like this guy is digging his own grave, nothing I can do really 😂
  • @rOstwald
Every time I see this clip with Daniel Villegas, I wanna cry myself

There is no excuse for it taking 20 years to get an innocent person out of jail. The legal system really needs an overhaul. Also these district attorneys need to focus more on justice and less on their conviction rates.
  • The second defendant who is 17 and being disrespectful better change his attitude or he won’t survive being in prison. His lawyer making excuses for the defendant made me angry because if he was sorry he would say it himself and not through a lawyer but we all know he was never sorry and he has no right to be scared and get sympathy of any kind. His victim that he executed was scared! Enjoy prison!

Honestly, that first one was intense and im happy for ole boy. A free man finally.
  • Loved how the lawyers held up their client and roar from the crowd and his support system was just wow! It gave me chills . I pray him and his family have a long happy life wish nothing but the best for them
  • Ive been struggling with a major injustice in my life. That first man really put things in perspective. Life is not always fair. Its hard to understand why we are put through difficult challenges. What doesnt kill us makes us stronger. Be thankful for every day you can walk and breath fresh air, because you should never take things for granted.
  • Daniel Villegas is both an amazing case of retribution and a sad story the case couldn’t be colder for the family of the shooting victim
  • Nah the judge should've denied the plead deal on the kid in the second case

No matter how many times I see the first video l just start crying with him and his Family How
  • @limitz6416
That speech at the end had me in tears, you could tell he put all of his emotions out into those words. May god bless his soul
  • It would have been such an honor to be the one to tell Daniel Villegas he was free. That's the stuff that gives a man a reason to live. Thank God, Mr. Villegas is no longer chained behind bars... I hope he's happy.

VILLEGAS' clip still bring a happy tear to my eye.

I can FEEL the relief on the first clip. I can just imagine standing up with the loudest "LETS GO" if that was my dad.

It was amazing to see Daniel Villegas set free. Also, what a lovely and supportive family and friends he has.
